Personal Training at Best Fitness Kickboxing really is personal, combining a unique approach to one on one fitness training. Our Personal Training Programs are customized to help you achieve your fitness goals. We understand that personal training is a process. Our trainers are here to help you to design, implement, monitor and make ongoing adjustments as you progress in your personal training program.

We start with a preliminary fitness assessment and goals consultation. During this consultation you and your trainer will discuss your fitness goals, your fitness experience and your current fitness level will be assessed. We believe that everybody from the elite athlete to the recreational participant needs to start with a solid foundation that includes cardio fitness, strength, flexibility and balance. These crucial areas will be assessed and any deficiencies will be addressed with your personal training program. Once any deficiencies are identified and your fitness level is determined we can help you set your fitness goals. Next we can develop your personal fitness training program.

Once we have developed your training program we can begin training. Your trainer will be there motivating, instructing and guiding you as you begin your personal training program. Together you will monitor your progress as well as make any adjustments as you progress towards your fitness goals.

 

Most of all, you will be having fun and staying motivated as you with the guidance of your personal trainer continue to achieve your fitness goals.
